The British Air Display Association (BADA) Annual General Meeting will be held in the Royal Suite, Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, CB23 6BW at 4pm on Tuesday 14th November ahead of our Post-Season Symposium Social Gathering at the same venue.
The Belfry has been picked as it will play host to the CAA’s DAE Symposium on the same day with most of their participants staying the night. It’s therefore the ideal place for our entire community to meet socially.
Accomodation
BADA has negotiated a discounted rate of £125 per room, to include breakfast and on the basis of single occupancy. This rate is available only through BADA, and can be offered only until the 14th October. If you intend to take the option of accommodation, please book it at the same time you register for the AGM & Social Gathering using the form below.
Social Gathering
After the AGM, at around 1800, the Royal Suite will be re-configured and offer a fork buffet at £26 per head. This can be booked at the same time as your rooms. The Suite and then thereafter the bar can then be frequented throughout the evening and gives an opportunity for the delegates at the DAE Symposium to join us and vice verse.
