Edition 23 of CAP 403 Flying Displays and Special Events published.

This morning, following an earlier consultation the Civil Aviation Authority has published a new edition of CAP 403: Flying Displays and Special Events: Safety and Administrative Requirements and Guidance.  This focuses on organising and obtaining Permissions for Flying Displays and Special Events, including the roles and responsibilities of Flying Display Directors.
