BADA submitted an Association response (number 414) last night.   If you’ve not already done so, please respond TODAY so the CAA is left in no doubt about the impacts of such massive increases on all those different aspects of the UK air display community.   The “UK Air Display Industry” is not a single entity and there is no single model of either civilian air show organisation or display pilot arrangements in UK.  Events vary widely from a village fete with one or two aircraft to multi-day events such as Bournemouth and Farnborough, as do the situations and arrangements under which our display pilots operate.   Please explain the impact of an immediate (1 April) and massive (100-500%) increase in fees and charges on your particular situation and the knock-on affect it will have on others.
